It’s almost that time again. Time for me to jump on a plane and throw my fate in the hands of the Gods, once again. Of course I’m talking about my U.S. book tour!

Will I be stuck in North Carolina without a dollar to my name? Will I be delayed in Los Angeles because of Wrestlemania and forced to spend the night in a 2-star hotel room with two strangers? Or will it be some other adventure!? I guess we will find out very soon.

Red River Road by Anna Downes

I adored Anna Downes’ latest crime thriller, called Red River Road. It’s utterly addictive and deliciously dark… following solo traveller Katy who is living the #vanlife travelling the west coast of Australia in the footsteps of her free-spirited sister Phoebe, who disappeared on the exact same trip a year ago. It’s honestly such a page-turner, so definitely pre-order it now! Pre-order here.

Take Two, Birdie Maxwell by Allison Winn Scotch

Birdie Robinson is Hollywood’s biggest rom-com star trying to revamp her damaged reputation. Elliot O’Brien is her best friend’s brother and barely able to hide his feelings for her. He’s a star reporter and wants to track Birdie’s journey to solving some mystery love letters, so they end up travelling the west coast in an RV together. It’s cute and a page-turner in a different way to Anna’s (but oddly, similar road trip travel themes)! Order here.

Unison Label

I absolutely loved wearing this two-piece number to the Newcastle Writers' Festival last weekend, and Unison has (amazingly) sent me a few pieces to try out for my upcoming US tour. I’m newly obsessed with this Australian label, which you can shop here!

Dr Death

Based on the podcast of the same name, the TV series Dr Death is so thrilling and awesome. It’s two seasons deep now, and starring the likes of Joshua Jackson and Mandy Moore. Season 1 dramatizes the story of Christopher Duntsch, an American neurosurgeon convicted after permanently mutilating his patients, killing two of them. And Season 2 follows the story of Swiss-Italian surgeon and medical researcher Paolo Macchiarini convicted after experimenting on his patients. Watch on Stan now!

You might have seen on Instagram that the kids and I went to Live Wire Park in Lorne, VIC, recently, and had the best time! We had a fun day of zip-lining, trampolining, rock climbing and more. Admission starts at $22 and I highly recommend the park for a day out with friends and fam. Check it out here.
